A model for big-city marathons courses around the world, the New York City Marathon winds through streets of New York's five boroughs: Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan. The course unites culturally and ethnically diverse neighborhoods, crosses five bridges, and finishes at Tavern on the Green in Central Park.
